Convert Point Cloud to NURBS using a Rhino addin (video)

mmm.. the default "patch" command in rhino create a nurbs surface from points, curves, lines, etc. and you can control the uv division and stiffness directly in real time.
The only "new" here is the tool for converting a quad mesh to a nurbs surface, but you can do that with others plugins, like the FREE grasshopper plugin for rhino (extract mesh vertices and create surface from grid point).
